Thanks a lot to Fredrik....the guy rocks! I now have a nearly ready to
power up sh1000. I've relised the voltage control selector is damaged
and cant be fixed so was wondering if anyone had one for sale or maybe
knew how to bypass it as I really wont need to use it on multiple
votages.

I noticed this one doesn't have TO-3 power trannies. Mine must have been
modified. Maybe it's better to look for the eight power diodes and the
two big capacitors instead. My SH-1000 seems to be a different model, I
have bigger transistors and larger capacitors, and four of them.
Strange!
BTW, you can see the connector for the transformer on image 015 (tooltip
"InsideSH1000 015"), in the upper right corner marked with numbers 53
and 56.
