[sdiy] where to find used test equipment in SF bay area?

Dear DIY Folks,

As my basic diy trials are quickly advancing towards the first major 
troubleshooting, it is time for me to start looking for an 
oscilloscope (used if possible).

I know that some of you live in and around the San Francisco bay area 
so I wanted to ask if anybody could recommend a good place around 
here to look for a used scope?
In terms of scope, it should be inexpensive, but working (and useful 
for the next few years), I was thinking analog, 2 channels - I should 
be able to find something below $250, right?
