[sdiy] AVR SYNTH PCB Update

Hi everyone,

I am pleased to advise that the pcbs have at last arrived. I have just
finished building a pre-production unit to allow me to test out the updated
code and am just working with Jarek in this regard.

Please visit my website and follow the links to the AVRSYNTH to see pictures
of a fully dressed pcb and an example housing that I am using.

I hope to have final testing completed over the next couple of nights and
thus expect to be shipping orders by the end of this week.

A current release of the ATMEGA16 software is available from my website.
Please note that this code has been updated to allow it to run under
AVR-Studio 4.
