63xx parts are Hitachi's CMOS equivalents to the 68xx parts (not 68xxx!) that 
Motorola came out with some years earlier.  They seemed to be pretty common 
in a lot of Yamaha gear,  In fact I have four HD63B03YP chips sitting here 
waiting for me to do something with them -- they were removed as a part of an 
upgrade where they were replaced with a masked rom part...
