uhhh... on any of MY projects ???

(Jim and I agree on bypass caps 100% - we use one, per power pin, per supply
voltage.  Sometimes I cheat a little bit and use one, every two CMOS chips... if they
are used in straight logic circuit. Usually I don't cheat.  Decoupling caps are your
FRIENDS !!!)

Also... I locate power traces and decoupling caps BEFORE any other parts on the
board.  The layout flows around good power distribution... Not having the power
distribution flow around the other circuits.  I'm not saying you should do it that
way...
I'm just saying "you should do it that way"   :^P
