[sdiy] Switched Cap Filters

I dont suppose anyone has the National Semiconductore Switched Cap Filter
Handbook do they?  At least to get a publication number or something so I
can try and order a copy from National.

I'm trying to get a pair of LMF100's to behave as a 7th order Elliptical
lowpass, which they should do in theory but I've been unable to make work,
and the app notes I have say that there's a schematic to do exactly what I
want, in the Handbook...

Yeah, I know, Switched Cap Filters have their own flavor of suckiness, but
for this particular application they're perfect.  Just dont get quite steep
enough a rolloff with a single chip ( anti-alias filter ).
