[sdiy] Buzzing reverb

What test equipment do you have ???  

If you have a scope, look at the DC power
supplies. If only a meter, measure the DC voltage
(should be correct) and the AC voltage (should be
low).

Loud, constant buzz can also be a broken ground
wire on an input or output...
