What's more... in those days the Mil-spec parts were
common and often surplus priced.  Things like mil-spec
pots, resistors, etc. could be had for cheap.

The "Allen Bradley Type J" pot was often labled as a
JAN- part.

In the later sixies they were replaced by the
"Acapulco Type J"...   ;^P
