THE CURRENT VEMIA AUCTION FINISHES SATURDAY APRIL 16.

www.spheremusic.com

The 19th VEMIA auction (ending this Saturday) has 19 items at a start price of £19, and some might be interesting to sdiy members. They include an ultra-rare MDB Polysequencer (as used by J-M Jarre); an even rarer Movement Mimic Sampler (very not working!); and a very usable Hewlett Packard 4U (and deep but light) case with power supply, multi-meter, VXI format, etc - any ideas out there? - there are plenty more where that one came from, and someone must surely be able to use them for a project.

Like ALL the 350-plus lots in the auction, there are no hidden reserves - one bid is enough to win, if no-one out-bids you.

Lots close in number order, starting at 14.00 British Summer Time, Saturday April 16.

Other possible items of interest include:- an ARP Solus (£75) with a fault; a tatty DSS1 (£35) with a voice down, and a CS-60 (£500) with one filter not working; PPG Wave spares, a Boehm Eprommer (£27), a bizarre old electro-encephalograph calibrator which looks a great candidate for turning into a noise-making machine; an ARP 2500 slider matrix, AVO tube tester (£50), eighteen Digisound modules, most of which need hooking up to a patching system; Evolution EVS-1 (£30), Greengate DS-3 to fix (£50), Hammond bass pedals (£20), an RMI KCII for spares (£50), a YC-45D that makes no sound (£50), a TR-606 with a melted backside (£20), Acorn Music 500, and a diode pin matrix with pins.

Please go to www.spheremusic.com, log in, and check these items out! Any questions about the auction or particular items, please email pforrest at vemia.co.uk. Any technical site questions (and I know the site still isn't exactly user-friendly) please click on support on the spheremusic page.

Thanks

Peter Forrest
