Variation on SDIY Map WAS: [sdiy] Map Progress (So Far)

Glen,
I created a map on my own site just to test out the viability of such a
thing. It works fairly well, and loads well despite the GIFs. I have not
planted any markers yet, but I found a way to get them close to actual
location and allow for a lot of interactivity. I also want to include
vendor locations internationally.

Only USA, works on the world map. CA, NY, and GA on the state map so
far.
