[sdiy] Making patch cables

Even Cheaper at redco.com for the NYS224 and they they carry both
mogami and canare cable  (W2524/2319 and GS-4/6).  I think they do
charge  handling fee for orders<$50USD but that's pretty easy to
overcome when you're building cables for a modular...am i right?
