They're not worth much :(
Maybe on a good day at Ebay you'll get over $500.

I just restored a Minitmoog.
Basically the same as a Satellite but with a 2nd vco and aftertouch.
Had to make my own aftertouch sensor.
It's a variable capacitor also, not a resistor.
The old one had turned to dust.

Unit wasn't fun at all. Last one I'll ever do.
Came out nice though.
Very cool aftertouch effects including filter, mod depth, vcos, etc.
With hard sync on, I got sounds very close to some Lamb Lies Down / 
Genesis stuff.

Now I gotta pack it.  :(
I hate tab switches.
