I don't think I'm gonna worry about synth gear working over wider temp ranges 
than *I* do...!

We had a few days of -20F weather here some years back,  and it was necessary 
for me to go outside and do things during that period.  That was as cold as I 
ever want to get,  never mind this -40 crap.
