It is widely known that license plate numbers can be read from the highest
resolution satellite images (assuming your license plate points UP). I would
think that would require at least 1 or 2 inch per pixel resolution.
Again, if you live in the US, go to www.terraserver.microsoft.com , punch on
your address, select "Urban Areas" (higher resolution pics than the "Aerial
Photo" link) and then zoom in all the way to see 0.25 meter resolution
images. THEN you'll see your Synares (if you had them out on the lawn on the
day the satellite went over).
