Hi,
Anyone here familiar with the roland gk-1 divided pickup driver? I have a
gr-100 and a gk-1 driver but no pickup. the gk-1 driver has a 15 pin
attachment for the divided pickup, a controller box that mounts on the
guitar with 4 controller knobs and a guitar input jack as well as a 24 pin
output connector. I need to build a pickup. Does anyone know if any hex
guitar pickup will work? ( I think I have an old gvox around here somewhere)
I have the service notes for the gk-1 driver. The hex pickup connects by
a 15 pin connector. Looks like low E goes to the first 3 pins and each
following string goes to the corresponding next 2 pins. All I needed to
know was if the output of the gk-1 is different than any other divided
pickup or if any mods would be needed when using something like the gvox
divided pickup.
thanks,
Tim
