The only bad thing about Electronotes is the component
usage is waaaay out of date.  Most E-notes op-amps
have much improved modern equivalents that don't even
need or have the null offset pins.  

If you're striving to truly duplicate E-notes circuits
(for example, using 741's) you might want to use the
null offset pins, depending on the application.  I'd
suggest using modern equivalents if possible.
