Time for an update/announcement on this year's UK Synth DIY meeting.

The event will be held in Robinson College again, same place as last 
year, the weekend of July 23rd/24th.

To give you a taste of what happened last year, here are some photos:

This year we will again be holding a raffle, with an assortment of 
prizes (and yes, there will be a tin of SPAM!!) on offer, with all 
monies raised going to the Drake Music Project:

This year we plan on having a sequencer shoot-out on Saturday 
afternoon, a bring-n-buy for selling/swapping/buying synth-related 
stuff (and you can define "synth-related" any way you want!), the usual 
Saturday curry, and more interesting things to do.

Rooms are about 20 pounds a night (waiting for final figures from 
college), including breakfast.  Maps and directions can also be found 
from the above page (follow the link for Robinson College).

Please let me know before 1st July if you want a room (and whether 1 or 
2 nights).

Day trippers most welcome (Cambridge is just 45 minutes by train from 
London Kings Cross), but it would be appreciated if you could let us 
know, just so we have an idea of how many are coming along.
