[sdiy] Quick CEM chip update

1) I'm going to *formally* update the CEM list on www.synthtech.com in a few 
days.

2) I just ran out of 3379s and 3360s

3) Still have plenty of 3320s, 3396s and 3340s. 3350s are nearly gone.

4) I'm shipping CEM chips only 3 more times this year: June, Sept and Dec.

5) PayPal is the best way to order them.

I'm going to inventory the parts and post what I have, but not going to update 
it (just email before you order if not sure).
