[sdiy] Electronotes

I highly recommend the entire set. The Musical Engineers Handbook and
Application Notes contain abundant tutorial information. The Preferred
Builders Guide is a compendium of the more common synthesizer modules, but
only has circuits (no descriptions) for many of them. The regular
Electronotes issues contain many additional interesting and useful circuits,
as well as yet more tutorial information.

There's certainly a lot more than $300 worth of Synth DIY in the collection.
