[sdiy] A Central Atlantic Synth Meeting?

I forgot that AHMW is held in March. The further from Indiana this
meeting would be, the less relevant that may be. A meeting in the
Southeast wouldn't have too much overlap with AHMW. Anybody think
they'd attend both?

I'm way down here near Miami. It takes 6 or more hours just to drive
off of this long peninsula called "Florida."

Key West? Interesting idea but it's the definition of impractical.
It's over 4 hours from me! :-(

Outside of Florida, anything in the Southeast will require a multi-day
trip, but I'm okay with that. Atlanta, New Orleans, Nashville, and
Raleigh are at the limit of a one day drive. Texas is over my limit.
(Isn't Texas considered a Western state, anyway?) I could make it to
Washington DC by stopping to visit the hillbilly cousins-in-law in NC.
;-) Driving around with a load of synths means that you can't stop
just anywhere, especially for an overnight stay.

For obviously selfish reasons, I favor a meeting somewhere in Florida.
And wow, a whopping 3 of us are interested... :-/
