Any of these three sound good. Atlanta is 6 hours, Orlando is 8 hours,  I've
never been to Nashville. Another couple of interesting cities are Biloxi, MS
(expensive and tough to find a meeting room?) and New Orleans.

Atlanta, Birmingham, and Chattanooga are central for the south east.

My wife's favorite is Key West - but Feb is high season there.
