Any basic slew-limiting / portamento circuit should be able to smooth
the zippers away, though I don't know if it'd be worthwhile for very
rapidly-changing voltages. Basically you're probably looking for a
two-amp comparator with a large-valued pot between them.
Of course, increasing the resolution of your DACs wouldn't hurt either!
I will be making some of these unzippers myself soon, as I got an older
MIDI-CV unit which is probably going to sound a bit coarse.
