Just when you thought it was safe to start buying synth PCB's again, looks
like Tom G is back, his web site has been redesigned ("new look" as of
Sept 17th!)
Er...almost.
No prices or info yet on his "2400" series boards, but, you can bet that
he's working on it like a mad dog between drags off the blunt--you know,
testing each and every trace, making sure the schematics match the boards
he sells perfectly, checking and rechecking his wiring diagrams, getting
everything _tip top_ before he posts his new products on his site and
starts selling them to suckers like me!!!!
In the meantime, the links to the old projects are broken. I figure he's
so hard at work on QA'ing the board design, he had to neglect anyone who
bought his last round of stuff during the closeout. More to the point, bad
for me, I forgot to download a PDF for the closeout boards I got, and now
I want to build the darn things. But, we can't stop Tom's progress by
emailing him asking him to FIX THE LINKS can we?
ARRG!!!
Ok, with the very last Ele4music rant off my chest: Does anyone have the
PDF for the VCF7? If so, can someone email it to me offline? I primarily
need the parts list and schematic and if anyone has notes on the myriad of
trace cuts that are probably necessary as well, that would be helpful, but
if I just get the parts list and schemo I can probably figure out the
rest.
Thanks in advance.
