If you are willing to go this carbon pot route, you can get these from
Mouser. They have the Xicon / Alpha 24 mm carbon pots in dual gangs. Here
is an example of a part number 31VW401 is a dual 10K linear. They have 1/4
round shafts.

All Electronics has tons of dual 100K and 50K audio Alphas. They are PCB
mount however with a knurdled 6mm shaft.
Futurlec also has these, for the same price as All.
