[sdiy] Stupid Web Host GTE

When I uploaded my website to GTE, I had made certain directory entries
with upper case letters.  Just recently and without informing me, GTE
changed these to all lower case.  That breaks things (thank you, GTE).  I
had also posted the URL as http://home1.gte.net/res0658s/FatMan/ which no
longer works.  http://home1.gte.net/res0658s/fatman/ is the new name forced
upon me by the thugs at GTE.  Please update bookmarks and links.  I
discovered this today by going there and getting a 404.
