I still have my prized TI-57. No one at my school had an HP and I barely
managed to talk my parents into buying the TI.
The great thing about it was that it was programmable--my introduction to
actual programming, in fact. Our favorite thing was to have it display a
sequence of swear words (looking at it upside down). Ah, the 70's...
It stopped working some time ago. The Nicads puked and ruined the inverter.
Be sure to check all your old synths, pinball machines, etc. for Nicads
going bad...
