[sdiy] Which Coax for modular patch cables?

I unbraid the shield and then twist it into
three pigtails.  I solder two of them right
near the insulation, then cut them off...
run the remaining one to the crimp pin. This
keeps all the wires in the shield from fraying
or straying... (zap)
