Mine had stuffed felts on all keys, and one hammer had warped a little and
was sticking on the frame. I filed the roughness of the frame to fix it.
Just be VERY careful not to get any metal dust near the reeds or pickups if
you do.

Note 1) Watch out for the high voltage on the pickups.

Note 2) Replace all carbon resistors with metal film while you are in there.
Mine went from quite hissy to perfectly silent when I did this.
