Yes, I do have the sustain pedal, thanks for letting me know I must remove
it to open the unit.
What was stopping me was the knobs!! You have to pull them off before
opening the lid. I used a small ID card the pull them off, as they were
kind of tight.
Fortunately I got the service manual for 200 and other model Wurlitzer EPs.
(If you need it, Holla, it's zipped Jpegs and only about 37 pages, very
detailed).
I'm reading the manual now, and it is very detailed and intricate, but not
what I'd call complicated (it is after all mechanical.) Some things require
special tools, while others will be a pain if you have to do it on all keys,
but my problems are with a few keys (maybe 10 if I get really nit picky) So
I'll take it slow and get accustomed to it. It should would be handy to
have a few years experience repairing Electric Pianos. Gotta love an
instrument that you tune with Solder!!!
As for your speaker, I have seen many places on the net say the the place
below can't be beat, but there are other resources for parts by their own
admission.

The Service manual even has the recipe for the lubricant (8 parts Naphtha, 1
part Silicone liquid (or was it gel?)
I'm looking forward to having it back in action and learning a little about
what makes it tick.
