I really like the mechanical idea. (Colin...? ;-)
But...
What about running a BBD through a VCA that's modulated by an
LFO-triggered EG?
Sorry for the plagarism -- I just wanted to combine everyone else's
ideas with Harry's favorite noise generator! :-)
