[sdiy] Wurlitzer 200A opening and service?

Hi everyone,

Well, I finally have a 200A which I have been wanting for about 3 years.
The one I have needs a bit of a tune up, all voices are in tune, but one key
(the highest note) doesn't return to position after striking, and some of
the keys don't react to the softest touches as loudly as the others do.

I tried to pop it open, unscrewing the screws under the front lip and also
the music stand screws, but it only lifts up on the hinges about 4 inches
then it seems to hit some kind of snag and I don't want to force it.

If anyone knows how to open it up or has any tips to getting the action
evened up especially with the loudness issue, I would appreciate it greatly.
I've googled for hours, but the best site I found had a lot of pages taken
down, so it isn't that great.
