[sdiy] E-Drum antics, EPROM data dumping

Slow going, I do my audio work on Macs and Ataris, but I use a PII
machine for some utilities. The PII machine I need for the EPROM dump,
but it is out of order for a few days. Good news is that this is due to
me suddenly figuring out how to fix a computer I recently got which
wasn't working - I desperately wanted to fix this thing and put it back
in its case.

Rainer - they use AD7524 CMOS 8-Bit Buffered Multiplying DAC

Michael - Yes, Soundhack rocks. There is a new version out this month
with some support of IRCAM's SDIF files! I was expecting I'd try SH to
open the audio data.

Harry - I did get a copy of Grant's program for just such an occaision.
I need to put my PII back together and install it on there
