to build onto that idea, one that would work a bit better, and maybe sound a
more realistic. instead of an LFO controlling the volume, you could have the
volume of the noise source controlled by an AD Env, which is triggered by a
normal clock circuit... might sound a bit more realistic than noise fading
in and out.
