You need to consider the amount of heat build-up, the ambient temperature
you expect (arctic OK desert NFG :^)...

Remember that the frame of the power supply is an excellent heatsink itself.
Bolting that through a case (aluminum preferred) and maybe even adding
external FINS could keep you nice and cool.

I just did such a thing in a small aluminum case... otoh mine is about 2X the
volume of the PS.

A tiny fan could do wonders as well... forced air (even in tiny amounts) is WAY]
better than natural convection
