On a side note, All Electronics is currently selling 2 foot long mono mini
cables for a buck each. I've bought about 40 of them and they are fine. If
for some reason down the line they start failing... I only paid a buck for
them!

Hi,
RG174, 2.8mm diameter, Farnell part number 585-592

Works well, and fits a range of small 3.5" jacks, including the Schurter
ones that Farnell sell.

Subject: [sdiy] Which Coax for modular patch cables?
Hello all,
I'm building up a modular system and I want to make my own patch cables.
The system is primarily of the mini-plug variety. Can anyone give me a
recommendation on a good brand/model of coax to use for this purpose?
Primarily it needs to be thin and flexible. Belden have something like
that?
Thanks!
