I just had a look at the schematic. No problem to find replacement types:
Diodes = 1N4148, NPNs = BC547 or similar, FETs = BF245 or similar,
op-amps = uA741, LM324, LM348, ...
D1 = D4 = CD4011, D2 = CD4006.
D3, D6 and D7 must be NPN differential pairs; each can be replaced
by 2/5 of CA3046 (and discrete transistors can be replaced by
remaining 3/5).
Voltage regulators on the right (+9V and -9V) I would replace by LM317
and LM337.
Some other improvements also could be made. For example: 25 diodes
can be thrown away...
