[sdiy] MG-1 How to get -12v from TIP30 and 741?

The regulator works as follows:

a) there IS a 79M15 3-terminal regulator, U12. Now, if that puppy asploded,
meaning no -15V at pin **2** (pin 1 is ground, pin 3 should read around -28V),
then no -12/-11V.

b) If no -28V at pin 3 of U12 (or across C15), the, diodes CR2 and or CR3 has
asploded :)

c) moving right along: you should see on the 741:

pin 3 = -12V if not then R62 or R63 asploded.
If so, then ALSO better see -12V on pins 1 and 2. 741 power pins sould be +12V
on pin 7 AND -15V on pin 4.

I'm guessing that U12 has gone happy-land-place :(
