No, these are list server regurgitations. When someone does a
"Reply all" in response to your question, you and you alone will
get two identical responses, everyone else will get only one.
You get two because the message is sent directly to your account
and another because the list receives and sends one.
Theoretically, the list server should send each message to each
list member only once. The reply-all functionality comes from
the ISP of the user doing a Reply-All where it (that ISP) sends
the message to the named recipient and to the list. I've seen
this before, then Rick fixes it or it fixes itself and
eventually stops. I've sent a message to Rick, hopefully he'll
see it soon. Some of the repeats I'm seeing are days later.
I've seen Jim Patchell's latest sequencer progress report twice,
also several other random posts have come twice.
