[sdiy] Modular Sequencer Progress...

Started trouble shooting...so far, all of the problems I have solved have 
been wiring errors...

One problem I tried to solve tonight are 8 LED's that don't light...a very 
strange problem, because the underlying functions do work (all 8 LEDs do 
come from the same PC board)...but the LED's remain unlit...there is an 
identical board in the system, wired up the same way, and its LEDs do 
work...sometimes it is amazing how the simple problems can elude 
solution...well, I am too tired tonight to solve this minor little 
puzzle...so, I will leave it until tomorrow...
