[sdiy] Ken stone's synthacon filter

I had some issues with the first build of mine too.  To fix it, I took a
DVM and measured each resistor value in the completed circuit and made
sure the value read on the DVM  matched what was in Ken's design.

Doing this, I pretty quickly found a short.  Upon correcting that, the
circuit worked fine.  

Not saying this will fix your problem, but it's an easy place
to start and can eliminate a range of possible problems.

BTW, you can also check the CGS yahoo group.  There are a lot of 
troubleshooting tips on there.
