You want 5052, according to this:

"5052-H32 aluminum is significantly less expensive than "[6061-]T6"
and much easier to bend. For most sheet metal requirements, especially
brackets or other bent parts, 5052-H32 is the best choice."
Meanwhile... Look! It's a blast from the past! Remember the seawater
oscillator? Page one of the following PDF lists the "Average Voltage
in Seawater" of dozens of metals.

So, when you build a SWO be sure to include a metal selector -- you
know, for different waveforms. (Seawater oscillator and WAVEforms, ha
ha.)
