[sdiy] Weird ICs

[Metrophage]

I bought some op-amps off a guy who had no use for them. Most of them
are RC4739, which I am psyched about because I've never seen any
before.

The rest of them are 8-pin DIPs with gold pins, the plastic is formed
with a Hewlett-Packard "hp" on top, and printed is: "2530   031". Any
idea what these do? This is the first time I have looked online and
found NO information about an IC!
