The SN94281 was sold at the Shack. It is likely the sister chip to the
SN94280. The 281 has an on-board 125mW audio amplifier. If my
assumption is correct, the 280 is identical except that it has a
low-level output (even lower than 125mW, that is).

I'm basing this guesswork on the SN76477 & SN76488 chips. The 77
didn't have an amp whereas the 88 did. Pinouts are the same.
