In such case I place kynar wire on all suspicious traces and don't care if they were really damaged. Sometimes little pressure from testing with ohmmeter can cause the broken track to contact again and pretend it's OK.
Remove all oxidation and other bad stuff even if you have to use sand paper, and copy the traces with thin wire.
