[sdiy] Board Corrosion

I'm working on restoring a CAT and there is heavy corrosion in one corner of
the main PCB. The filter/VCA board looks great, so I assume something was
spilled on this corner. Most of the traces check out fine with a continuity
meter, but a few are damaged.

I've tried spot applying deoxit, denatured alcohol, rubbing with a pencil
eraser, and rubbing with fine steel wool and it won't come off. Is there
anything else I can do? I'm replacing most of the components, so the thought
of having it bead blasted has crossed my mind, but this might be too much as
it could damage the traces. Should I just solder jumper wires where needed
and forget about it? Any advice is appreciated.
