yeaaaahhh...that happened...huh...OK, so THAT'S what it was.  I tried out a
393 for my flyback and it was getting false resets, too and I figured it was
due to my 'somewhat less than Jim Patchell neat" vector wiring that had
something lying over something else that was causing grief.  Anyway, I ended
up going with a 311 with no problems.
