[sdiy] Op amp notes

That is a change in status (as far as Digikey goes), since the last time I 
ordered...Digikey didn't even have a listing for 51 in a dip at 
all....ordering 50 at a time is no problem for me, I seem to eat opamps 
like candy... (yummm....).  I always order the TL052's 100 at a time...
