Not by Gibson, but by his company lavyer who foled the investment bankers
(banks) to believe that Oberheim Inc was on the edge of insolvence wich
in reality was the opposite. These acts are called agressive take over,
lavyers are experts on this! :-)
Tom however have at least two other company failures after Marion systems
went down , he was if i can remember right into some digital audio and video
streaming bussiness!
Tom can be seen flying his areoplane somthimes over Los Angeles when the
wheter is right!!
