Not offhand, but easy enough to find for you. :-)
They call them Panasonic Metal Film Thermosensitive Chip Resistors.
Page 865 in current catalog (T041)
Part # is: P + Value + "CDCT-ND", if you use the 3300ppm/.1W variety.
Price is 10/$5.52.
Values only go up to 1.8k, so you can either modify your circuit to use
1.8k instead of 2k, or you can use 2 x1k in series, or you can use a
circuit designed for 1k. My dial-a-tempco circuit can be set up for any
convenient tempco value.
