I know I've seen these in the past but cant lay my hands on any right now...

Anyone seen a power supply board without transformer?  I have some nice
toroidial transformers, 36vct at 1amp and if I could find a +-12vdc regulator
board all nicely assembled it'd be nifty for a project I'm currently doing.
Otherwise I'll just make one, not like its hard, but this would save me the
hassle of etching a couple boards to make it look nice.

Remember the good'ol days when you could pop down to radio shack and buy a
surplus TI99-4/a power supply board and just add a transformer?
